Just a quick note to let people know that I changed employers and have not had a chance to update my resume and such. As of today, I work for Ciber, Inc.  
I introduce the concept of an “As-Built Design Document” in all of my team training sessions as an optional practice. It does not take much time and is a good vehicle for solidifying much of the knowledge gained during each sprint.. [More]
